Koy Agents 1.3: Teams, ERPNext and a smoother sign-in
Koy Agents 1.3.0 is out for macOS and Windows. Together with 1.2, it brings Microsoft Teams, a listen-only mode for Zalo, an Assistant that knows what your agents did, payroll, invoices and sales into ERPNext, a feedback box in Settings and a smoother KOY ID sign-in.
Microsoft Teams, read-only
In Settings › Apps, connect your work or school Microsoft account. Agents then read the Teams chats and channels their skill links to and summarize them, and each report picks up the messages since the last one. Paste a link from Teams (Copy link) in Find a Teams discussion… and Koy shows that chat or channel by name, or tells you why you can't read it. Koy never posts in Teams.
Zalo: listen only
Settings › Apps › Zalo has a Listen only option: your agents read your Zalo chats, and Koy never replies there.
An Assistant that knows what your agents did
- A summary of your agents. When the Assistant runs, it reads every agent — its tab, schedule and status, any error, and the result it made since the Assistant's last report — so it can tell you in a few lines what happened and what needs you.
- Your own skill. Give the Assistant a skill of your own and it runs it on its AI model, like any agent. With its built-in skill it still makes your daily plan on this computer, with no model.
ERPNext: payroll, invoices and sales, as drafts
For businesses that keep their books in ERPNext, the ERPNext Importer now takes on more of the month's bookkeeping. Nothing goes into ERPNext until you approve it, and what goes in is always a draft — Koy never submits, pays or cancels.
- The monthly payroll. The Importer takes a month's payroll and prepares it in ERPNext for your check.
- Scanned invoices. Invoices read from scans come in just like e-invoices, and Koy now checks that the seller's tax code is valid.
- Paddle sales. Your sales through Paddle become draft sales invoices, checked by the Importer.
- Watched folders. E-invoices and sales that land in a folder the Importer watches are matched against ERPNext like those from your other devices.
- Your organization's model. The agent that checks every invoice before it goes into ERPNext runs on the AI model your organization shares through the Afliz account portal.

A smoother sign-in
When you sign in with KOY ID in your browser — including the two-step sign-in that People & devices asks for — the browser now ends on Afliz's You're signed in page and brings Koy Agents back, so you're straight back where you were.
