Payment Policy

01Who takes your payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, issues the receipt or invoice, charges any tax and handles refunds.

Paddle's secure checkout opens when you click a button to buy a plan. We never see or store your card number.

02Payment methods

You can pay with the methods Paddle's checkout offers in your country, such as credit and debit cards and PayPal. The checkout shows which methods are available to you before you pay.

03Currency and tax

Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include taxes. Paddle adds any applicable tax, such as VAT or GST, at checkout, and shows the total before you confirm the payment.

04When you are charged

KOY Pro, monthly: starts with a 30-day free trial. You are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then, and then once a month.

KOY Pro, yearly: no trial. You are charged when you buy, and then once a year.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Enterprise (teams of 6 or more seats): contact sales at sale@afliz.com for pricing. Organisations set up on portal.afliz.com start with a 14-day free trial without a card, then pay per seat through Paddle from the Billing page.

05Receipts and invoices

Paddle emails your receipt after each payment. It also has a link to update your payment method, see your invoices and cancel your subscription.

06Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.

07Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. The details are in our Refund Policy.
