Refund Policy

01Who sells to you

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments, invoices and refunds.

02Free plans

The Koy IDE 2 and Koy Agents Free plans cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

03Free trial

Monthly KOY Pro starts with a 30-day free trial. It turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then; cancel during the trial and you are not charged. The yearly plan has no trial.

0414-day refunds

If you are not happy with KOY Pro, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. You can also ask for a refund within 14 days of a renewal charge if you did not mean to renew.

After 14 days, payments are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

05Your legal rights

If you live in the EU or UK, you also have the statutory right of withdrawal described in Paddle's buyer terms; where those are more generous, they apply. Consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, such as under the Australian Consumer Law, are not affected.

06How to ask for a refund

Email support@afliz.com with the email address you used to pay, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

07Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
