01Who we are

02Our products

Koy IDE 2 is an AI-native development environment. Koy Agents is a desktop platform for building AI agents. Both run on your own computer.

03Using the Products

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use the Products. If you use them for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

Please do not use the Products to break the law, to infringe anyone else's rights, to build malware, or to attack or overload any system. Do not try to get around plan limits or licence checks.

04Your code, your data and AI models

Your code, files and other content stay yours. We do not claim any ownership of them.

The Products connect to AI models that you choose — either models running on your own computer or third-party providers you configure with your own keys. Your use of a third-party provider is covered by that provider's own terms, and they bill you directly for their usage.

AI can make mistakes. Review what the Products produce before you rely on it. You are responsible for the changes you approve and for how you use the results.

05Preview features

Some features may be marked preview or beta. They may change, break or be removed, and they can lose data: keep your own backups. We will tell you about important changes.

06Plans, payment and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include taxes. Paddle adds any applicable tax, such as VAT or GST, at checkout.

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically each month or each year, depending on the billing period you choose, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

The monthly KOY Pro plan starts with a 30-day free trial that turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. The yearly plan has no trial.

If we change the price of a plan, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the new price applies to you.

07Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

08Trademarks

macOS is a trademark of Apple Inc.; Windows is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation; Linux is a trademark of Linus Torvalds; Google Drive is a trademark of Google LLC. Other names belong to their owners.

09Export controls and sanctions

You may not use the Products where, or by anyone to whom, export-control or sanctions laws forbid it.

10Our intellectual property

The Products, the afliz.com website and the AFLIZ and Koy names and logos belong to us. While you follow these terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Products for the plan you are on.

11Disclaimers

Except where the law says otherwise, the Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. This is especially true of preview features.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded, such as the Australian Consumer Law.

12Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13Ending these terms

You can stop using the Products at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If we end a paid plan without cause, we will refund the unused part of your current period.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and, for important changes, let you know by email or in the Products before they apply.

15Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes go to arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) under its rules, in English.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

Before going to arbitration or court, please tell us about the problem through our complaints process so we can try to put it right.

16Languages

These terms and our policies are published in English and in Vietnamese. Both versions have equal effect.
