Service Delivery Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026 · Applies to afliz.com, Koy IDE and Koy Agents · Tiếng Việt

Koy IDE 2 and Koy Agents are desktop software that you download. Nothing is shipped, and there is no delivery charge. This policy explains how you get the software and when a plan takes effect.

01Downloading the software

Download Koy IDE 2 and Koy Agents from afliz.com/download, for macOS, Windows and Linux. Downloading is free, and the download starts straight away. Install the app and open it.

Koy Agents updates itself when a new version is out.

02Your KOY account

Your KOY account is the free Afliz account you create on portal.afliz.com: continue with Google, GitHub or an email link. After installing, click Sign in in the app. The same account works in Koy IDE 2, Koy Agents and the account portal.

The free plan works as soon as you sign in. Koy Agents can also be used without an account, within its free limits.

03Activating KOY Pro

KOY Pro is a licence on your KOY account, not a key to type in. Buy it through Paddle's checkout with the email of your KOY account.

After payment (or when your free trial starts), KOY unlocks Pro within a minute. In Koy IDE 2 or Koy Agents, choose Refresh plan. Paddle emails your receipt.

04When a plan takes effect and ends

KOY Pro takes effect as soon as it is unlocked on your account, and stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. If you cancel, it stays active until the end of that period.

Enterprise seats take effect when the organisation's owner assigns them on portal.afliz.com and the member signs in.

05If something does not work

If Pro is not unlocked a few minutes after paying, or you cannot download or sign in, email support@afliz.com with the email address you used to pay. You can also use our complaints process.
